Nell is amazing and genuinely so sweet. This was my first experience getting a facial and I never want to go anywhere else!! She really makes you feel comfortable and at home and is gentle and tells you what she's doing every step of the way. She also has a really good playlist and it will make you fall asleep and feel like you're transported to peaceful land. I'd give her all the stars in the world if Google let me!!!
