We know this is a challenging time right now.
We are so grateful that we can open our doors again continue to offer you the treatments you love and enjoy so much administered by the team you know and trust
Here are just a few of the safety protocols we have implemented in anticipation of our reopening:
All of our patients will receive an email document prior to their appointments asking them for a health declaration. We will also request that all new patients complete their medical history and consent forms prior to their appointment day to facilitate a quick entry into the treatment room upon arrival.
You will be asked to input your credit card information if you are paying that way to facilitate the least amount of time spent at reception prior to and after your appointment. You may also pay with E transfer. Payment will be taken in treatment room
We are scheduling appointments to allow for no more than 2 socially distanced patients at a time in reception. We are also allowing enough time after each appointment to disinfect the room in preparation for the next patient.
We request that patients not be accompanied by children, friends or relatives. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
We request that patients arrive with their own face mask. Should you forget your face mask we will provide you with one. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer we provide upon arrival and exit
Treatment rooms will be sanitized and disinfected before after each patient with hospital grade disinfectant solution. Our doctors and clinicians will wear protective wear at all times.
Your safety is our priority and we will do our best to make everything feel as secure and normal as possible. If you are still unsure about any of our safety protocols or whether you should be coming in or not, please do not hesitate to contact us with any of your questions or concerns. Our staff is here to guide and reassure you.
