After a couple years of wondering what my skin care options are as I age, I finally booked a consultation with Linsey Quin. The environment felt comfortable and welcoming. Nell is really knowledgeable and welcoming. My personal results (tattoo removal) have been on the slower side, but I have health issues at play. Despite that, I can see some progress and Nell feels confident in the possibility of full removal. Reception was quick to resolve a miscommunication around a promotional discount and issued a refund almost immediately. Would recommend this clinic for results, communication, efficiency and technology (the only Asclepion picostar in the lower mainland that I've been able to find).
